Please inspect all items at time of delivery. Any visible damage to packaging must be noted on the waybill. Any concealed damaged must be reported with 2 business days to our customer service department, All returns must have must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Barrier Free Architecturals. Returned items will be refused without the RGA number shown on the outside of the package.
Non Stock items are non returnable and custom orders cannot be modified once entered into the system or returned unless defective. For shower or tub units, your order is custom-made and therefore is non-refundable, so it is very important to confirm that you have ordered the correct unit. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Stock items Safety Bars, Shower Seats, Shower Rods and Curtains may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date and a 25% restocking fee will apply. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. An administration charge may also apply. Items returned damaged or in any non saleable condition will not be accepted as a return. Please inspect the product prior to return to ensure it is in saleable condition. Goods must be returned in original packaging with the packing slip and shipped prepaid to return address. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please fax or e-mail a copy of the return way bill to expedite any credit or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds or Credits
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and if the item is determined to have been installed or in a non saleable condition credit will not be given and the product can be returned to you at your cost. Barrier Free Architecturals will at its discretion issue a refund by credit card or company cheque.
Request for returns are generally processed within 2-4 days at which time you will receive an RGA # and return shipping instructions. Once an RGA # has been issued, the items(s) shall be returned within 30 days or the RGA # will no longer be valid and return will be refused.
